Payday Cookbook Treats
Looking through the shelves of my local bookstore I spotted a couple of books that looked interesting, and seeing as it was payday I’d thought I’d treat myself!
New York Cult Recipes is a great book that’s split into different sections based on areas and restaurants in New York. There is everything from pancakes to excellent Chinese food, a quick flick through straight away put me in mind of some great times in New York!
Salt, Sugar, Smoke is full of great recipes and projects for wet autumn weekends. Expect to see some hot smoked Salmon and Gravlax on here soon.
