As I’d spent quite a lot of time in the kitchen making doughnuts and such like I decided that dessert would be simple and really quick. I was going for a middle eastern type dessert here, particularly with the addition of pistachios.
So all I did was add chopped pistachios, halved cherries and orange blossom honey to a good dollop of thick creamy Greek yoghurt. In fact it probably took less than two minutes but tasted great.
