Good things from a small kitchen.
Well this is a daunting step into the digital world!
My friends will tell you that I’m a food geek who happens to like travel and a bit of photography too. For ages now I’ve been taking pictures of the food I cook and and various other culinary projects and boring anyone who will listen, or better still look at the pictures, with tales of epicurean delight.
So after a bit of persuading I’ve thought i should actually post some online. So expect mostly pictures of food but also interspersed with a smattering of ‘arty’ ( for that read usually black and white) landscapes and portraits too!
Just to start things off here’s some pork belly i slow roasted for four hours with chinese black vinegar and five spice.
