I’ve been cooking for years and like a geek taking a lot of pictures of my creations, not all good in the early days! As i continually bored my friends with tales of culinary derring do they said i might as well bore the whole world with my pictures, so Rowanwood Kitchen was born.
Everything is cooked in my kitchen and as much as possible i like to try new and different things as well as a good bit of DIY food like smoked salmon and charcuterie. I don’t always use exact quantities in the posts and generally i’m a cooking by feel or instinct kind of guy. Feel free to ask any questions or get out on the web and search for inspiration or recipes.
Ps the picture isn’t of me, its my dog Barney. He’s much more photogenic!
